HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3401 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner/ A1 filed this Criminal Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking release in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.202 of 2017 of Karkhana Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 416, 419, 420, 463, 464, 465, 467, 468 r/ w 34 I.P.C. 2.

While dismissing the anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.677 of 2018, the learned Sessions Judge, vide order dated 13.03.2018, rightly observed in paras 6 to 8 that the amount of default, cheating, forgery and fraud involved is about Rs.300 Crores and hence it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the above, there are no subsequent changed circumstances, much less, in a better position meeting out to entertain and to consider the concession of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
