HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM W.P.No.34763 of 2014 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed complaining the inaction of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 against the 5th respondent. The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent, at the instance of the third parties, has harassed the petitioner and demanded money stating that the petitioner is aiding and abetting the naxlites.

Though notices having been issued to the respondents, no counter affidavit is filed by any of the respondents. In such circumstances, the allegations, made in the sworn affidavit filed before this Court, are required to be treated as true. However, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that the enquiry was conducted into the matter by the Inspector of Police, Karimnagar II Town Police Station, and reported that both the cases filed against the petitioner were found to be false. Likewise, the allegations of the petitioner against the 5th respondent were also not substantiated and to that effect, a report was also submitted to the higher officials on 30-09-2014. But neither the report is filed before this Court nor the same is supplied to the petitioner. 3.
In those circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to furnish a copy of the report
CKR,J W.P.No.34763 of 2014 dt.30-09-2014 to the petitioner and on receipt of such report, the petitioner shall take appropriate steps against the respondents, if he is so advised. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
