ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

".... to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.10.2014 and the Intimation under RTI Act No.KC/RTIA/TPS/ 2015/219, dated 02.11.2015 on the file of respondent No.2 and take steps to demolish the illegal construction in H.No.3-6-51/53, Marriguda, Mallapur, Kapra Circle, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in view of the information furnished by respondent No.2 that "No building permission" is granted, which is mandatory under Section-428 of the GHMC

Act, 1955 and consequently, declare the inaction of the respondent Nos.1 to 4 in taking steps to demolish illegal construction constructed by respondent No.6 in H.No.3-651/53, Marriguda, Mallapur, Kapra Circle, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as violative of Section-452(2) of the GHMC Act, 1955 and also to direct respondent Nos.4 and 5 to take appropriate disciplinary proceedings against respondent Nos.1 to 3 in allowing the illegal construction to come up in H.No.3-6-51/53, Marriguda, Mattapur, Kapra Circle, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in spite of the petitioner's representation, dated 31.10.2014 and intimation given, vide No.KC/RTIA/TPS/2015/219, dated 02.11.2015, by respondent No.2, in the interest of justice."

At the hearing, Mr. Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, submitted that this Court by order, dated 06.01.2016, dismissed Writ Petition No.356 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for an identical relief. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed following the order, dated 06.01.2016, in Writ Petition No.356 of 2016.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.1074 of 2016 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
