HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENTVAS RAO CONTEMPT CASE Itto. 1987 of 2024 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed invoking tJ:re provisions under Sections I O to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5920 of 2023, dated O2.O2.2O23.

Heard Smt T.Dhanalakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Fisheries appearing for the respondent.

During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader submits that pursuant to the order passed by this t , Court dated O2.O2.2O23, the respondent considered the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.O1.2023 and the Assistalt Director of Fisheries, Karimnagar passed speaking order vide Lr.No.495/C/2021, dated 26.1I.2O24 and a copy of the said order is enclosed along with memo filed vide USR

No.l2l429 of 2024, by duly serving upon the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of tJre compliance of the order passed by this Court on O2.O2.2O23, no further adjudication is required. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to avail the remedies as available under law, including questioning the speaking order dated 26.1L.2O24 issued by the Assistant Director of Fisheries, Karimnagar.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

l Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
