This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of Order, dated 28-08-2014, in IA.No.1639 of 2011 in OS.No.47 of 2011, on the file of the Court of the learned V Additional District Judge, Bhongir, Nalgonda District.

At the hearing, Mr.M.Ram Mohan Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellant, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal.

The request of the learned Counsel for the appellant is accepted and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, CMAMP.No.1459 of 2014, filed by the appellant for interim relief, is dismissed as infructuous.
