This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff under Article of Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 26-09-2012 passed in I.A.No.1577 of 2010 in O.S.No.255 of 2006 by the Prl. Junior Civil Judge, Nandyal, declining to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to note down the physical features of the schedule property with the assistance of Surveyor. It is brought to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.255 of 2006 was decreed by the Prl. Junior Civil Judge, Nandyal on 06-08-2013. Therefore, this Court need not examine the legality of the order at this stage after disposal of main O.S. itself. Hence, I find that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.
