This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondents in rejecting the bid of the Petitioner and accepting the bid of 4th Respondent as arbitrary, illegal, malafide and contrary to the terms and conditions of e-Procurement notice and G O Ms No 94 Dt 01.07.2003 and award the work to the Petitioner by cancelling the letter of acceptance Rc V1-152235/16 Dt. 25.01.2016 issued in favour of the 4th Respondent." 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of passage of time, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and it has become infructuous. 3.
