ORDER :

According to the petitioner, in the year 1982 land to an extent of Ac.0.61 cents in Survey No. 232/8, Ac.1.40 cents in Survey No. 234/4, Ac.0.59 cents in Survey No 236/7 and Ac.1.01 cents in Survey No. 237/1 (total extent Ac.3.61 cents) in Mamidalapadu village fields, Kurnool mandal, Kurnool district was assigned to his father. 2.

After the demise of the father of the petitioner, petitioner succeeded to the subject property and submitted online application in Form-VI-A through Meeseva dated 16.2.2018 for mutation of his name and to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds in his favour in respect of the subject land. But so far no action is taken. Hence, this writ petition. 3.

It is seen from the material on record that petitioner claimed to have submitted application for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. Petitioner filed photo copies of receipt issued by Meeseva centre and application form at page numbers 26 to 28 respectively of material paper booklet. If that is so, and if such application is pending, the Tahsildar-4th respondent, shall dispose of the application, if not already disposed of, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
