Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents No.1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for R.5.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court, dated 14.11.2017, in W.P.No.38122 of 2017. A copy of the same is filed along with writ material papers. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:
"In view of the same, following the same, the Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to release the additional loads as early as possible to the petitioner which shall be subject to the outcome of the regularization scheme to be framed by the Government of Telangana State. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed."

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 14.11.2017, in W.P.No.38122 of 2017 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
