The case of the petitioner is that he filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent vide Appeal No.3360(C) of 2015 aggrieved by the wrong entries made by the 3rd respondent in Adangal records obtained on 04.12.2015 in respect of his land admeasuring Ac.9.84 cents situated at Sy.Nos.68/2, 38/3 Bothappagudem village, Jeelugumilli Mandal, West Godavari District and the same is pending. Aggrieved by the nondisposal of the appeal, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that for modification of entries in the revenue records, the petitioner has to approach the Joint Collector.

Since the appeal is already numbered, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the affected parties.
