This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the official respondents for not taking action against the unofficial respondents to recover the land in Sy.No.32/4 admeasuring Ac.16.11 gts. situated at Nereddygunda Village, Sirikonda Mandal from the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 4.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed directing the competent authority to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
