THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2794 OF 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/A1 in Crime No.99 of 2022 on the file of Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/A1 and Accused No.2 were found in possession of Kgs.22.300 grams of ganja by the Gachibowli Police on 30.01.2022. 4.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the entire investigation is complete and charge sheet is already filed.

In the said circumstances, the petitioner/A1 can be granted bail subject to the following conditions: i) The petitioner/A1 shall execute personal bonds for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagat.

ii) The petitioner/A1 shall appear before the concerned trial Court on every date of hearing, without fail.

iii) The petitioner/A1 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
