(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General for India appearing for the petitioners, fairly states that the issues raised for consideration in this writ petition are squarely covered against him by the decision dated 21.04.2016 rendered by this Court in W.P.No.13338 of 2016.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed for reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated decision dated 21.04.2016 passed in W.P.No.13338 of 2016 and in terms thereof. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
