This criminal petition is filed seeking for quash of proceedings in FIR No.64 of 2011 on the file of the Women Police Station, Charminar, Hyderabad Dsitrict.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor.
In spite of service of notice, there is no representation for the 2nd respondent.

The report shows that allegations constituting the alleged offence are made. Hence, it is not considered as a case fit for quashment.

However, the counsel for the petitioner relies on the order of this court in Crl.P.No.6714 of 2017, whereunder this Court, while dismissing the petition, directed the police to comply with the directions of the Apex Court in Crl.A.No.1267 of 2017 SLP (Crl.) No.2013 of 2017, dated 27.07.2017, between Rajesh Sharma and others vs. State of U.P. & Another. 5.
In terms of the said order, this petition also stands disposed of.
Office to append copy of the order in Crl.P.No.6714 of 2017.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
