This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and 4th respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on the written instructions submits that the complaint sent by the petitioner on 27.05.2019 through registered post was received by the Station House Officer, Rajendranagar Police Station on 30.05.2019, and the same is pending enquiry. The allegation of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent through his subordinate has given seven days time to the petitioner to vacate the subject land and to handover possession of the said land to the 4th respondent is denied. It is also stated that the 3rd respondent had never interfered with the civil disputes between the petitioner and 4th respondent. Recording the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and 4th respondent. However, this will not preclude the respondent police from taking action, in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
