THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.28957 OF 2012 DATED:16-7-2015 Between:

Chennamolu Appa Rao .. Petitioner And The Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies Narasaraopet Guntur District and others .. Respondents COUNSEL FOR THE PETITIONER: None appeared COUNSEL FOR RESPONDENT NOs.1 and 2: A.G.P. for Cooperation (AP) COUNSEL FOR RESPONDENT NO.3: None appeared

THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed assailing proceedings in Rc. No.885/2011-C1, dt.10.10.2011 of respondent No.1, whereby he has appointed a Person-in-charge in the place of the Managing Committee of Nagarjunakonda Archaeological Co-operative Canteen Limited. At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. A perusal of the impugned proceedings shows that the Personin-charge was directed to conduct elections to the above mentioned Managing Committee within six months. In the absence of any interim order, it is reasonable to presume that respondent No.3 - Person-incharge has held elections within six months as directed in the impugned proceedings.

In the above facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the opinion that the cause on which the writ petition is filed, no longer survives for adjudication.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.35815 of 2011 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
