Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3. The contention of the petitioner is that he lodged complaints on 7.9.2016 and 9.9.2016 against respondents 4 & 5 before the third respondent and that the third respondent has not taken any action thereon. Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states on instructions that Crime No. 96 of 2016 had been registered on 24.9.2016.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to conduct investigation and file a final report before the competent Court expeditiously.
