Heard Sri K. Venkateshwerllu, learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

By order dated 15.09.2017, W.P.No.31315 of 2017 was disposed of directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gadwal, Jogulamba District, to examine the claim of the petitioners by treating the petition filed by the petitioners as appeal and to pass final orders after affording due opportunity. Alleging that the said orders are not complied, this contempt is filed. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 18.06.2019, setting aside the succession granted in favour of Smt. Mulla Jaina Bee and also the proceedings granted in favour of Sri Nagan Goud and directed to make necessary entries on land to an extent of Acs.9.27 guntas in Survey No.173/B of Ieeza Village. 4.

The copy of the said order was also served and acknowledged by the petitioners.
