As there was no representation for the writ petitioners on 30.11.2015 the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Despite listing the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioners. It indicates that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the writ petition shall also stand dismissed.
