When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in an identical set of circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.8899 of 2006 on 19.12.2013 and a copy of the same is placed on record. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "Following the above said orders and in the light of the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to make a representation to the Government of Andhra Pradesh represented by its Secretary, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Secretariat, Hyderabad, to extend the benefits of the recommendations of the Committee of Chief Engineer, as regards payment of seigniorage charges as was resolved by them in the meeting said to have been held on 04.01.2004, within a period of four weeks from today. If such a representation is made, the same shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs."
2. Following the above order in W.P.No.8899 of 2006, dated 19.12.2013 and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
