This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to declare the action of the respondents in not allowing her to discharge the duties as 'Aaya' at Anganwadi Centre, Pesarlanka, SC-3, Bhattiprolu Mandal of Guntur District, under the control of the 2nd respondent, without prior notice or enquiry as bad and illegal.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. No counter is filed. While admitting the writ petition on 22.11.2007, an interim order directing the respondents to continue the petitioner as Aaya at the subject Anganwadi is granted, in the event no other person is appointed in her place as on that date.
At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the interim order worked out for itself and that no further orders are necessary in the writ petition and that the writ petition may be disposed of. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
