Petitioner, who is sole accused in Cr.No.36 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Arakuvalley Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, filed this petition under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail. 2.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 02-08-2017. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the case.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
