This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "... this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Direction more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents not taken any steps to the complaint given by the petitioner dated 14-05-2019 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Principals of natural justice and pass such other consequential order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit ..."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that a case in Cr.No.67 of 2019 was registered on 10.06.2019 based on the complaint of the petitioner. 4.

The aforesaid submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
