HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.2136 of 2017 ORDER:

The limited grievance with which the petitioner has come up with the above revision is that his application for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner has not been disposed of by the First Appellate Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

3. Considering the limited nature of the grievance, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the First Appellate Court to dispose of I.A.No.No.425 of 2015 in A.S.No.80 of 2012 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy the order.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
