This Criminal Petition under Sectioo 482 of Cr'P'C' is filed by the petitioners-Accused Nos' I to 3 seeking to set aside the docket order dated 12.O4'2019 in Crl'M'P'No' 101 of 2OI9 in C.C.No.61l of 2Ol7 passed by the learned WI Special Magistrate, HYderabad.

As seen from the record, petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 02.04.2019 in Crl'M P'No'101 of 2Ol9 in C.C.No.61 I of 2Ol7 passed by the learned Magistrate refusing to recall P.W.1 for the purpose of cross-examination' 3.
L,earned Magistrate passed conditional order dated 02.O4.2}lg while recalling P.W.l for cross-examination t on 12.O4.2}lg, the petitioners failed to cross-examine P'W'1' for which reason the application filed for cross-examination of P.W. I was refused and dismissed'

Learned counsel for the petitioners w'outd submit that now the said Special Court has been abolished ald it is not
known to which Court the case has been transferred and pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of However, petitioners are at liberty to move an application under Section 311 of Cr.P.C, if so advised.
