HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.11029 of 2019 ORDER :

With the consent of both the counsel, this writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief :- " ........ to issue an appropriate Writ, order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondent authorities in fixing the pay scale and clearing the EL Balance inspite of the personal visits followed by legal notice dated 17.12.2018 as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondent authorities to fix the pay scale and clear the EL Balance ......." Heard Sri G.Rajesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents. It has been contended by the petitioner that he is working as Record Tracer and he has been making representations to fix his pay scale and clear E.L. balance. But, the respondents are not fixing pay scale nor clearing E.L.

balance. After making repeated requests, the petitioner has got issued legal notice on 17.12.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that since the petitioner has got issued legal notice, let the respondents be directed to give reply to the said notice in accordance with law.

This Court, having considered the rival submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties, is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit fresh representation to the respondents within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within two months thereafter.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
