THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3046 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2382 of 2018 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

Though learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 filed the petition for quashing the proceedings in the aforesaid Calendar Case, he restricts his prayer seeking a direction to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 in the aforesaid Calendar Case before the Court below. 4.

Considering the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the personal appearance of the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 in C.C.No.2382 of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Peddapally, is dispensed with. However, the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 shall appear before the Court below as and when their personal appearance is so warranted, in respect of the aforesaid Calendar Case.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
