Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in interfering with petitioners front side elevation work to Sai Leela Jagannath Towers, Door No.58-14-50/2/1,2,3 situated at Marripalem VUDA Layout, Ward No.42, Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh as illegal, arbitrary exercise of power and contrary to law and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere with petitioners construction work at the said towers.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in the writ petition and order of the High Court dated 02-03-2015 & 09-03-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI K. CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the Petitioners and the Govt. Pleader for Municipal Administration (AP) on behalf of Respondent No.1 and Sri Lakshminarayana Reddy-SC on behalf of respondent Nos.2 & 3 and the G.P. for Home(AP) on behalf of respondent No.4, the Court made the following.
