There was no representation for petitioner on 17/3/2015 and this Court directed the Registry to print the name of Sri T.A. Kumar. Inspite of showing the name of Sri T.A. Kumar, none appears and no accommodation is sought.

2. Sri Srinivas Polavarapu appearing for respondent No.5 submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

3. As there is no representation for petitioner yesterday as well as today, this Court is of the view that with the passage of time, the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer.

4. The writ petition is dismissed "for default".

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
