This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the orders dated 27.04.2012 in I.A.No.74 of 2012 in O.S.No.56 of 2005 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nandigama, Krishna District.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

As per the office note, O.S.No.56 of 2005 itself was dismissed on 28.02.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders need be passed in this revision petition.
