THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1277 of 2o.23 ORDER:
This contempt case is Iiled alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in W.p.No.35607 of 2022, wherein this Court directed the respondent_Waqf Board to constitute a Managing Committee for the subject institution in terms of Regulation S of the Telangana State Waqf Managing Committee (Constitutions, Functions and Duties) Regulations, I 2OO9 for the Waqf institution within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2.
Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner. , I I 3.
However, Mr. Abu Akram, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent_Waqf Board brought to the notice of this Court that the process of constituting Committee for the subject a Managing Waqf institution is already commenced and a Memo in F. No. 38/ Hyd/ C / 20 7T _Etection, dated 18. 1O.2023, was issued by duly fixing the date of conducting Election and the same is scheduled on 1g.i 1.2023 Learned Standing Counsel further stated that the Election
-.-T would be conducted on 1a.11.2023 and the Managing Committee would be constituted immediately thereafter' 4.
In the light of the above, this Court does not find any reason to continue the contempt proceedings against the respondent.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed directing the respondent-Waqf Board to see that proper Managing Committee is constituted pursuant to the Election which is scheduled to take place on 18. I 1.2023.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
