Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 01.02.2017 in the appeal preferred by respondents 4 to 6 against the decision of Tahsildar for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. During pendency of the writ petition, simultaneously, petitioners also filed Revision before the revisional authority. By order, dated 18.08.2018 in RC.No.B2/1781/2017 the Revision was rejected. Aggrieved thereby petitioners filed W.P.No.24706 of 2019, which is admitted and pending consideration of this Court.
