HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 22274 OF 2004 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to appoint the petitioner as Sub-Engineer.

The Standing Counsel for the respondents has informed this court that the petitioner's case was considered and he was appointed as SubEngineer. The Standing Counsel for the respondents further contends that during the pendency of the writ petition, the case of the petitioner was considered in pursuance to subsequent notification and the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed about the same.

In view of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
