This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.96/2014 of Aize Police Station, Mahabubnagar, registered for the offences under Sections 420,426 and 468 IPC' 2.
Heard. Perused the record.
3. In the course of submissions, it is brought to notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that investigation in the subject crime was completed, charge-sheet has been fileo before the Court concerned and Calendar Case number is assigned,
4. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous, However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedies available under law.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
