THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.83 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking to transfer C.C.No.416 of 2013 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurnagar, Nalgonda to IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally at Hyderabad.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court. In the circumstances, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for her appearance. The petitioner is directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates.

The Transfer Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
