Having heard both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

The investigation in this matter, which is concerning for the offence under Sections 498-A, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, shall continue. However, the Police of Women Police Station, Charminar Zone, Hyderabad District, are directed not to arrested the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 to 4 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
