THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.672 OF 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.31942 of 2018 dated 26.02.2019, the respondents have issued proceedings dated 10.07.2019 allowing the petitioner to work at Government High School, Urdu Medium, Khammam on deputation.

Since in compliance of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.31942 of 2018 dated 26.02.2019, the respondents have issued proceedings dated 10.07.2019 allowing the petitioner to work at Government High School, Urdu Medium, Khammam on deputation, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the action of the respondents in issuing proceedings dated 10.07.2019, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the said order in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
