HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENIVAS RAO WRIT PETITION NO.9061 OF 2018 ORDER:- The petitioner filed this writ petition questioning the action of the 2nd respondent not passing any orders on the Interlocutory Application or on the suit filed by the petitioner against the 3rd respondent. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner filed suit on 23.11.2017 and the same was numbered as A4/CTC/328/2017. He further contended that along with the suit the petitioner also filed petition for seeking injunction restraining respondents therein not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property. The 2nd respondent has not passed any order in the said petition.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare placed copy of the order passed by the 2nd respondent/Additional Agent to Government & Project Officers, ITDA, Utnoor in case No.A4/CTC/328/2017, dated 05.06.2021. 4.

In view of the disposal of the main suit itself, no further orders are required the copy of the order passed by the 2nd respondent and the same is taken on file.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
