THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN C.R.P. No. 4123 of 2016 ORDER:

The revision arises out of the concurrent orders passed by the trial Court and the appellate Court rejecting an application for injunction.

The suit itself is of the year 2012. A period of four years has now passed. Therefore, it is not a case for interference in a revision.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. The trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the suit within a period of three months. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
