31.07.2023 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2023 This application is filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.4045 of 2023, dated 28.04.2023, to the extent of reporting before the Station House Officer, Sathupalli Police Station, Khammam District on every Monday between 10:30 A.M. and 12:00 P.M., till filing of final report.

It is not disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has been abiding by the condition imposed by this Court.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2023 is allowed and the condition to report before the Station House Officer, Sathupalli Police Station, Khammam District on every Monday between 10:30 A.M. and 12:00 P.M., is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear for investigation as and when required.
