CVNR, J & DVSS,J A.S.No.423 of 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal is filed by a third party to O.S.No.1121 of 2012 seeking to assail judgment and decree, dated 20.03.2015, in O.S.No.1121 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.
