THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7284 of 2017 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner / accused No.2, under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Cr.No.58 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Cherla Police Station, Kothagudem district registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(1) (ii) of TSPS Act, Sections 10, 13 and 39 of the UAP Act and Section 5 of ES Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as prayed for, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
