When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by an order dated 28.3.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31454 of 2018. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents does not dispute the same.

Following the order in W.P.No.31454 of 2018 dated 28.03.2019, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
