Learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.3, A.5 and A.6 would represent that the matter has become infructuous in view of filing of charge sheet.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would submit that on completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet and the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bapatla, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.58 of 2015.

In view of the submissions made by both sides, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
