O R D E R

The learned Assistant Government Pleader by producing copy of the proceedings issued by the respondent in L.R.No.79/A/2017 dated 7.8.2017, stated that the respondent has rejected the request of the petitioner permission for digging bore well as the area in question is over exploited. The learned counsel stated that earlier also the request of the petitioner was rejected on 3.8.2017. She submitted that the order passed by this court has been complied with.

In view of the above, I do not see any violation of the order passed by this court and the contempt case is accordingly dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 7.8.2017 in accordance with law.
