This petition is filed by the petitioners - Accused under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.94 of 2014 on the file of Dharmavaram Rural Police Station, Anantapuram District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 464, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(b) IPC. When the matter was taken up on 18.08.2015, learned counsel for the petitioners sought for adjournment. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners and no representation is made on their behalf.
