HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11110 of 2019 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under:- "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents Nos.2 to 4 in not issuing New Pattadar Passbook to the petitioner land to an extent of Acs.3.00 Gts situated in Sy.No.191/30 at Kollur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sangareddy District, State of Telangana and not acting upon the petitioner's representation letters Dated 01.03.2018, 13.03.2018, 11.05.2018, 30.06.2018, 09.07.2018, 09.09.2018, 10.01.2019, 13.03.2018, 17.12.2018, 01.04.2019 and 17.05 2019 even though the petitioner made an online application at Me-Seva Center and submitted Pattadar Authentication receipt bearing Application No.

PTA021800103127 Dated 03.08.2018 and conform the eKYC by following the due process as per law as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 19, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 to issue New Pattadar passbook for the petitioner in respect of land in Sy.No.191/30 admeasuring Acs.3.00 guntas of Kollur Village Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sangareddy District, State of Telangana and to pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that the petitioner's representations dated 01.4.2019 and 10.5.2019 were duly considered and by endorsement dated 14.5.2019, the Tahsildar, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, rejected his request for issuance of a new e-pattadar pass book. A copy of the said endorsement is placed on record.

In the light of this development, the cause in this Writ Petition, as framed, no longer survives.

SK, J WP.No.11110 2019 Dt:10.6.2019 The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievance, if any, in relation to the endorsement dated 14.5.2019. It shall also be open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds raised in this Writ Petition. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
