HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.19053 of 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.13652 of 2016, dated 22.04.2016. Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is allowed and the impugned order is set aside. The respondents shall reinstate the petitioner afresh into service with immediate effect. The petitioner shall not be entitled to any back wages or continuity of service and it shall be open to the respondents to initiate disciplinary action in accordance with law, if they so intend. No order as to costs.
