This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC to quash the order dated 27.7.2010 in Crl.M.P.No.419 of 2010 in C.C. No.728 of 2009 on the file of the court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
