This petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused, under Section 389(2) Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crl.A.No.211 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Special Judge for trial of offences under S.Cs. and S.Ts. (POA) Act-cum-VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
